Sometimes, the hardest part of working out is finding the time to get it done.
But it doesn't take more than 20 minutes a day to start moving more and Cleveland Clinic wellness expert dr. Michael Roizen says it can be done while watching TV. Having a sedentary 9 to 5 desk job can put you at risk for developing serious health issues, but there are ways to break away from the desk. Some work places use a treadmill desk to keep you on your feet and productive. Dr. Roizen suggests trying walking meetings.
And if you have to be in a conference room, take the chairs away and stand. You can also burn calories by taking phone calls standing up.
