![Drinking Coffee May Protect you from Multiple Sclerosis]()
Drinking
coffee has been shown to reduce your
risk of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s but new findings show drinking
coffee may also protect you from multiple sclerosis or M.S.
The more
coffee you drink decreases your
risk for M.S. The study involved more than 2,000 people, half of which were diagnosed with M.S. People who did not drink
coffee had about a 1.5 time increased
risk of developing M.S. Similar results were also seen in a Swedish study with more than 4,000 people. Coffee consumers drank anywhere from four to six cups of
coffee per day and researchers say caffeine should now be studied for its potential impact on the development of M.S. And the benefits of drinking
coffee don't stop there.
