Carbs get a bad wrap… but not all carbs are bad for you.

The good carbs have plenty of natural fiber but little sugar, and the bad carbs have plenty of sugar and very few nutritional benefits.
Eating certain good carbs may also help lower our cholesterol and reduce the risk for diabetes. Experts recommend staying away from the no-carb and low-carb diets.
The U.S. Department of agriculture suggests adults get 45 to 65 percent of their daily calories from healthy carbohydrates!
