Wednesday’s Health Fox Fit Fix

It's Wednesday, and that means it's time for your weekly Fox Fit Fix. This Saturday there are two 5K’s to look forward to. First, the second annual step up for Down Syndrome walk is this Saturday from 9am until 1pm at the Edinburg Municipal Park. Online registration is closed, but you can still sign up the day of the walk. Registration is $10. And for all the dog owners out there, the RGV Tails and Trails 5K is this Saturday at Westside Park in McAllen. Registration is $35 and all proceeds benefit the palm valley animal center and their future no kill facility RGV paws. This Saturday from 8am until 11am, DHR is hosting a super safety pediatric fair at the DHR Bariatric & Metabolic Institute. The fair will have discounted shots, bike safety and wellness information and more! The first 100 participants will receive free bike helmets!
